In Tbilisi, average temperatures hover between 10°C and 20°C — warm enough for comfortable sightseeing, cool enough that you won't be sweating through ancient monastery courtyards by noon. The evenings are fresh and perfect for wandering the Old Town with a glass of Rkatsiteli.

In the mountains, snow is retreating from the lower elevations, making Kazbegi and the Georgian Military Highway dramatically beautiful — a patchwork of white peaks, green valleys, and rushing snowmelt rivers.

Expect some restaurants and shops to close on Easter Sunday itself — plan accordingly.
