Our Mtskheta half-day tour has quietly become one of our most booked experiences this spring — partly because it works perfectly as a standalone trip, and partly because it pairs beautifully with an afternoon or the following day's Kazbegi tour.

The combination of Svetitskhoveli Cathedral — 1,000 years old, containing the burial place of Christ's robe, with seven Georgian kings in its walls — and Jvari Monastery on its promontory above the river confluence, gives guests a condensed but genuinely deep encounter with Georgia's spiritual history.
